When you contact us
If you contact us by email or telephone, we may process your name, telephone number, email address and the information you provide. We use it to answer questions, handle enquiries and communicate with you.
Depending on the situation, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract or our legitimate interest in handling incoming enquiries.
Orders
When you select “Order now”, you are redirected to our external ordering service, Logicash. Personal data such as your name, contact details, order information and payment-related information may be processed as required to receive, administer and complete the order.
The legal basis is performance of the contract. Some information may also be retained to comply with legal obligations, including accounting law.
Catering
For a catering enquiry, we may process your name, company name, telephone number, email address and information about the requested order, number of guests, date and other requirements. We use the data to provide a quotation and plan and fulfil the order.
Newsletter and offers
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address, the time and source of consent, and confirmation and unsubscribe information. We use double opt-in, which means that you must confirm your subscription through a separate link before the address becomes active.
The legal basis is your consent. You may unsubscribe at any time through the link in an email or by contacting us. After unsubscribing, we may retain your email address on a suppression list to ensure that no further messages are sent to it.
The data may be processed by an email delivery provider acting as our processor. We do not send newsletters until the necessary provider and security settings have been enabled.
Job applications
If you apply for a job, we process the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, CV and work experience, to assess your application and communicate with you during recruitment.
Website, technical data and cookies
When you visit the website, technical data such as IP address, visit time, browser and server information may be processed by our hosting and IT providers so that the website functions securely and is protected against misuse.
Necessary cookies may be used when required for functionality and security. Analytics and marketing cookies are enabled only after consent. More information is available in our cookie policy.
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel
If you consent to the relevant cookie category, Google Analytics 4 may be used for website statistics and Meta Pixel to measure marketing on Facebook and Instagram. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings.
Who may access the data?
Personal data may, when necessary, be processed by providers of ordering systems, hosting and IT services, email delivery, analytics, marketing, payments and financial administration. We may also disclose data to authorities when required by law.
Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Where a provider processes personal data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer must be supported by an applicable legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long do we retain the data?
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose or required by law. Newsletter data is retained until you withdraw consent or the subscription otherwise ends. Limited information may then be retained on the suppression list to honour the opt-out. Accounting records are retained as required by law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request information, correction and, in some cases, deletion or restriction; object to processing based on legitimate interests; withdraw consent; and request data portability.
